REQUIREMENTS

Kreon DVD ROM Drive

• Only use an IDE Kreon Drive if you are going to be placing the drive within an External USB Enclosure - SATA Drives are not suited for this, and you may experience problems detecting, and/or ripping Xbox 360 Games - Please choose appropriately.

• Do not install either of the Kreon drives on an expansion Card, but directly into the Motherboard Sata/IDE Connectors.

Download IMGBURN from HERE

....Run the Installer (all default settings) and you're ready to go

Xbox Backup Creator Software

Download Xbox Backup Creator from HERE. Once you have downloaded Xbox Backup Creator, extract it into a directory and simply run “Xbox Backup Creator.exe"

• If you have problems loading Xbox Backup Creator, make sure you have .NET installed.

ABGX360 Stealth Check Software

Download and install Abgx360 from HERE

RIPPING

• Open Xbox Backup Creator and select your Kreon Drive if not already selected ( IDE = SH-D162D or SATA = SH-D163B )

• Place your Xbox 360 Game into your Kreon Drive.Confirm Image Style is set to Complete Backup, and then hit the "Start" Button as per the picture below...

• Save your Image file to a directory on your Hard Drive, also provide a name for the image accordingly (you will need at least ~8gb free space), once you are done, hit the "Save" button - Xbox Backup Creator will go ahead and Rip the game onto your Hard Drive....

• Please be patient while the Software creates an image of your Xbox 360 Game.....

• Once Xbox Backup Creator has finished Ripping the contents of the disk - Please close out of the Application...we will get back to it later on in this guide

VERIFY

• Please note that Abgx360 needs to go out to the internet to retrieve the latest stealth files for your games, and it will update your local database accordingly - it's a good idea to run this Verification Process while you are connected to the internet!

• Open Abgx360 - Click on the "Options" Tab and make sure you check the option highlighted in green (have it ticked as in the picture) - leave all other settings at defaults

 

• Now click on the "Autofix" tab and make sure to set the Autofix Threshold to "Level 2" as per image below...

• Then goto File - Save Settings, Leave the name as "Default" and hit OK..

• Settings have now been changed and you will no longer have to modify each time you run Abgx360 :)

• Now Open your file in Abgx360 (from the File tab - Open Input), and browse to your Image file you created in the Ripping phase

• Now click on the Launch Button at the bottom

• Another Window will Pop Up - This is where you leave Abgx360 to work it's magic and stealth your game correctly so you don't encounter any problems on Xbox Live - Please be patient while it goes ahead and does what it needs to...

......Once abgx360 has completed it's verification process, please confirm your window reads the same as the screenshot above. You should get the following 2 messages which i have outlined in green above....1) Stealth Check Passed.   2) AnyDVD style corruption was not found. This confirms your image is safe to play ONLINE.
